If I run SM5 Pro tracks cleaner the following Registry
entry, which I believe completes the clean-up on reboot,
is blocked:
A startup value (System Mechanic Cache Cleanup:C:\Program
Files\iolo\System Mechanic 5
Professional\SysMech5.exe /COMPLETECACHE) has been denied
permission to be added to your startup registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersi
on\RunOnce. This program is in the user's blocked startup
file list.
Which I believe completes the clean-up on reboot.

So--did the user block the file? What happens if you remove it from the
list of blocked items?
