System Locks Up

Trying to resolve an issue.
For no explanable reason, my computer locks up and has to
be hard booted.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Trying to resolve an issue.
For no explanable reason, my computer locks up and has to
be hard booted.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Some suggestions:
- Examine the Event Viewer
- Pay attention to what applications are running when
the machine locks up
- Remove all non-essential adapter cards and check
if the problem still occurs
- Disable non-essential software (firewalls, virus scanners,
sound drivers - just have a look at the zoo in your System Tray)
