System keeps rebooting.

I run WIN xp on my home built system. I normally keep my computer on and my PC works just fine. But the last couple of tirps I have taken out of town, I shut the system down. (gone for 10 + days). Upon return, the system boots up and then just restarts about one minute after the desktop appears. Then when I start it up again, it keeps restarting even before loading windows. When I try to go into safe mode, the system restarts before the desktop appears. If I let the system sit for a day and restart, it goes through system scan (no problems), boots to the desktop, then automatically shuts down and restarts again within one minute.

Any suggestions.

Are you running a copy of Roxio CD burner? It's not XP
compatible and causes the above problem.
