System Info

I am using Windows XP. I went to system info, Internet Explorer then file
version. I noticed that it said there were two "files missing" : iecont.dll
and iecontlc.dll Can anyone tell me why they are missing, what
they are, and if I should have them? Please!!!!!!

It appears that unless you have a .net framework 1.1 installed on your pc,
these files will be missing. They are missing on my machine, and have had
no issues!
