System info unable to open management files????

Made sure that RPC, both of them, are set to auto and that Windows
Management instrumentation is also set to auto.

Still will not open "system info".

Tells me files are missing or have been moved??

Hmmmm,

I did not move them!

So, Google gave me the above stated advise, however, it does not seem to be
the answer.

Anyone have and idea out there?
