System Hibernation Failed

Since installing latest updates (from Windows Updates) to my laptop (Win XP
Pro) hibernation and suspend no longer work. Error message:

SYSTEM HIBERNATION FAILED
The device driver for the "Digital Flat Panel" (1024x768) device is
preventing the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all
applications and try again...

I've tried updating the driver, but still same problem. Any ideas?

Fixed!!
I've just "Rolled Back" the display adaptor driver (S3 Graphics Inc -
Twister) and all works fine now. Loads everything at start up a lot faster
too??!!
