Windows XP System has recovered from a serious error (upon startup)

I get the following error message when I boot up my computer:

Something to the effect of "system has recovered from a serious error...insufficient resources" and the following:

The detail error log for this message shows the following:

(I replaced my name in the paths above with "...")

I've searched on the web but could not come up with a solution. Any advice?
