System Hang while logon

When I logon to my Windows 2000 Server it hangs I get a
Blue Screen ( No errors reported on the screen like the
Blue screen of Death), just a solid blue screen. I
isolated the problem to be Terminal Services. If I stop
the service the system allows me to logon if I start it
the blue screen appears again. I am able to map to it
via another server.

Any ideas what may be the cause?

I experienced a similar problem after installing SP4 to my TS boxes. In my
situation the user would eventually be able to logon after a LONG wait.
Applying the fix discussed in Q324446 solved this issue.
