Go to the website of the hard drive manufacturer and download the hard drive diagnostics. Go to the hardware manufacturers websites and get the latest Windows XP drivers. Check the memory: http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp Reseat the memory. Swap out memory being sure not to go below Windows XP 64mb minimum. Reseat all cards and cables.
