System font problem

Somehow I have altered a system font and now some parts of windows like the
"send error report" screen use a font that makes the message in this window
extend beyond the size of the window. does anyone know how to reset the
system fonts, or know how what registry key controls this font.

Did you get an solution to this Aaron? I just encountered the same problem
and system restore didn't bring my default font to tahoma.
