Only under one profile does the folder "windows\system32"
open up after everything else in that profile opens up.
It's not listed in the start up folder. Where is the
instruction telling this to occur originating from?
Please help

Startups can come from several locations.
Your profile's Programs, Startup Folder
All Users Programs, Startup folder.
From the Registry key Run w/sub-keys for
each starting application or watchdog

It could also be a fractured file locator. In the Registry some
keys are bounded by a quotation marks, e.g..
"C:\Program Files\Symantec Common\ccEvnt.Sys"
If the string above is not bound by a closing set of quotation
marks, then when the system attempts to run\load the module
or command it will break at the first space. This can cause
Windows Explorer to handle the command by opening to the
incomplete file identifier.
