System files deleted

I didn't have any antivirus installed on my PC until
MyDoom came up and my PC wroked just fine. That day, I
installed Norton and while doing it the software detected
and deleted some system files and now my PC keeps on
crashing. The files' name are as follows:
C:\System Volume Information\_RESTO~1\RP26\A0004091.exe
C:\System Volume Information\_RESTO~1\RP26\A0004094.exe
Please, can some one tell me how and where can I download
this files. My PC brought a restore CD so I cannot get
isolated files but format the whole system up.

Its virtually impossible to replace these files, as they were placed in the System Restore folder, and the names you give are not the original names of the files. If they were deleted from there, then they're gone.

What are you doing when your computer crashes? Are there any error messages?
