"system file" -> "normal file"

Some picture on my PC are signed as "system file".
If I try to delete them I get the message:

The file 'some_name' is a system file.

If you remove it, your computer or one of your programs may no
longer work correctly. Are you sure you want to move it to the
Recycle bin?
============================================

Lots of these files are simply CD covers pictures. How can I set the file to
become regular files (None "system file") ??

Use the ATTRIB command (type ATTRIB /? at the command prompt) or use the
old WinNT4 File Manager (Winfile.exe):
