System File Checker for Win XP

Received an error message: "Windows cannot find
sfc/scannow." Microsoft article #310747 has info on this
subject, but does not solve the problem why "netdtect.dll
cannot be found." What would be my next step?

Make sure you put a space after the slash when you type the command.
