System Failures

I have two systems runing Xp home Edition that have
failed since I have loaded this spyware. I cannot boot
either of them. I am not having this problem with my XP
Pro Edition. Has anyone else had this problem and how do
I recover?

I have also had system failure problems. When I tried to
run a scan for first time, twice my system crashed. I got
the blue screen with the 'your computer has been shut
down to prevent further damage. I am running xp home
Error codes 0x00000050 (0xfffffff8, 0x000000001,
0x804e09be, 0x00000000)

Can you boot these systems in Safe mode? What error codes are you seeing,
if any?

I am having this problem also. as soon as I loaded the

Software and ran a scan and system shut down and will not
boot back up.

What happens? What error messages are you getting, on attempting to start
up?

Can you start in Safe mode, by pressing F8 before the Windows screen
appears?
