System Fail CPU Test

"System fail cpu test" this is what it says when i turn ON the computer, and
i cant access to the OS.
I have this pb since 2 weeks on a P4P800 Asus motherboard.
I changed the CPU, but still the same pb. changed the RAM, still pb.
Does anyone encountered this pb before please ?

Is the ATX12V 4-pin connector hooked up?

No pb with the ATX, it was working for 2 years.
Maybe its the motherboard ?

Some times during the routine inspection or touching the CPU
one might unseat the CPU in its "bedding". It happened to me
a year ago, out of blue CPU simply wasn't sitting properly
and PC wouldn't start.

Yes last week. Same problem. Was my A8V Deluxe.
