When opening system exp. the tools aer not there.

Apps ie exploer networking and system and all sub tools
are missing uninstalled and rebooted and reinstalled same
thing.

Try these steps:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without
the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
