System errors

mY computer has been errratic, crashing a number of times
and resulting me doing a re-install repair job: It has
crashed again,and have taken a look at the Event viewer:
I have had the following; RACM failed to start becasue it
could not create buffers. Restart computer. Access
denined.this is under the System error properties. Under
Application error properties I have contunually: Volme
shadow copy service erroe, unexpected error calling
routine cocreateinstance hrx0x80040154 and a script
debugger was installed which corrupted debuffers
registry. These two are showing one after the other.
Could any of the coursing the problem, should I just
reinstall XP!! or any thoughts gratefully recieved.

Go to run,type:cmd
In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow When the bar graph starts inst-
all xp cd,exit info page.When its thru,remove cd,type:
CHKDSK C: /R
Agree to restart,then type:EXIT Restart computer
