System Error...How do i fix it?

Everytime I restart the computer and it appears that
everything is finished loading, i hear the error noise,
as if an error had just occurred but I never see a prompt
about it. I checked the event viewer and this is
the "System Error" that is shows:

Error code 00000024, parameter1 001902fe, parameter2
f798a488, parameter3 f798a184, parameter4 f7387383.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
