System Error Help

I took a look at my event viewer right after my computer restarted and
this is what it had:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 1/9/2005
Time: 12:31:49 PM
User: N/A
Computer: BLAZE1-MOU15X00
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e
(0xc0000005, 0xf7dd28b2, 0xf7cb59a0, 0x00000000).


My computer restarted right after I started a program called Acronis
TrueImage and it also restarted when I ran Nero Burning ROM. It also
listed that the problem was with a file called sysdrv.sys. Can someone
help me correct this error?
