BSoD Problem

I got the BSod and I think I tracked down what it is that tyou guys
could take a look at to try to help me. This is what I have:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:
0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xec86a8b2, 0xf7cb59a0, 0x00000000). A dump
was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini010105-01.dmp.

It also listed the sysdrv.sys file which I saw on the BSoD, but not in
this message. Can someone interpret this message for me so I can try
to fix this problem?
