System/ Drive Defragmentation.

1. What’s the practical significance of having a near exact MFT?
2. On Boot time defrag. I get the message displayed that Page file is
defragmented, but needs approx 1500 more clusters for files & attributes.
Should I manually increase the page file size from default settings of
768-1536 to may be 800-1600?
3. It also displays a message that the MFT is defragmented, but has 2 parts.
(I let the software configure MFT), should I manually also increase the MFT
values so that it comprises of only 1 part?
