Problem with Defragmentation

Dear all experts,
Hi, i just need to check with you all about the Defragmentation..
because recently i run the Defragmentation seem having a problem and the
message as below:

Defragmentation is complete for: (C

Some files on this volume could not be defragmented.
Please check the defragmentation report for the list of these files.


The reports as below:

Volume size = 55.88 GB
Cluster size = 4 KB
Used space = 6.98 GB
Free space = 48.90 GB
Percent free space = 87 %

Total fragmentation = 0 %
File fragmentation = 0 %
Free space fragmentation = 0 %

File fragmentation
Total files = 35,145
Average file size = 263 KB
Total fragmented files = 1
Total excess fragments = 112
Average fragments per file = 1.00

Pagefile fragmentation
Pagefile size = 720 MB
Total fragments = 1

Folder fragmentation
Total folders = 3,164
Fragmented folders = 1
Excess folder fragments = 0

Master File Table (MFT) fragmentation
Total MFT size = 38 MB
MFT record count = 38,443
Percent MFT in use = 99 %
Total MFT fragments = 2

Fragments File Size Files that cannot be defragmented
None


Any experts that can help me to fix this problem i facing? Please advise,

Whats the problem? Looks normal to me.
I just did mine and got similar results.
