system does not respond to all commands

Several weeks ago, I installed a wireless system from my
cable company and have had escalating problems since. Now
I find that documents are disappearing from my system
(can't find them) and now the font I have selected for my
mail has changed. No matter WHAT I do to reset the font,
it changes back. Can anyone help, please? Thanks much in
advance ........

And this has to do with Outlook how?

Try posting to a group that supports your hardware (wireless manufacturer)
or post in a Windows XP hardware group.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
