SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDeviceDrivers. VDD.

If I run any thing from "run" with command in front of it (command ipconfig) I get the following
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDeviceDrivers. VDD. Virtual Device Driver format in the registry is invalid. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
I have edited the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDeviceDrivers.
I have deleted the VirtualDeviceDrivers key and re-installed the key. My registry is as follows

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro
Name Type Dat
VirtualDeviceDrivers ab(default) REG_SZ (value not set
abVDD REG_MULTI_SZ
I still get the error.

Open a cmd prompt instead and then use your command, i.e.
ipconfig

Start | Run | Type: cmd | OK |
ipconfig | ENTER
