System crashing with blue screen giving STOP 0x9c message

I keep getting an XP3200+ machine crashing. I loaded Windows XP with SP2 and
continually get the STOP 0x9c blue screen crash message (see example messages
below).

The Microsoft crash analysis reports the CPU is shuting down becasue of a
hardware problem, but it is not clear what the problem is. Can we determine
from the STOP message where in the system the problem is and what it was
doing, i.e. what does each of the codes listed below indicate ? i.e. what is
BCP2 saying ?

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 8054DA70 BCP3 : E6458000
BCP4 : 00000145 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 8054DA70 BCP3 : E6720000
BCP4 : 00000135 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 8054DA70 BCP3 : E6750000
BCP4 : 00000135 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 8054DA70 BCP3 : E6000000
BCP4 : 00000175 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 8054DA70 BCP3 : E6780000
BCP4 : 00000135 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

I have checked temperature of the CPU (55 degC) and MoBo temperature
(38degC) and well as the voltages, which seem normal. All hardware has worked
before in other machines, so it is not obvious what the root cause is ...

Any explainations please ..

The system was crashing before SP2 and during the clean installation of XP
Windows SP1 .. surely we can determine the location of the (I would guess
Hardware) problem by understanding the BCPn: codes shown below ?

Thank you for the suggestion, but I still cannot find out what the codes
actually are ... Microsoft suggest going to the vendor ... something I might
try if a new disk, new memory and reseating the CPU does not work.
