This is most likely due to a defective or damaged device driver,
probably the one that is using memory address 86FD6668
Does your computer have the PSTAT utility installed? To check for
this open a Command Prompt window and enter the following command:
PSTAT
If you get a lengthy report then you do have PSTAT. If you get an
error message then you do not and it will have to be downloaded and
installed if you want to pursue this issue further.
