System Crash

I keep getting these system crashes one of the errors on the blue screen says: ***STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x00000008, 0xF41054A0, 0x00000000) at the top of the screem says it could be norton update, but already updated live is done...any other answers to this??.....and also sometimes I get Win32k blue screen..Thanks
 
Hi Nick,

Have you contacted Symantec support on this yet? Their 2004 product has
caused problems for many users.
