silvex,

Vista records errors in a report. You have Vista Enterprise and I have
Vista Home Premium. In my version of Vista, the error report can be found
under Start > All Programs > Maintenance > Problem Reports and Solutions. It
may be the same in the Enterprise version, but I'm not sure. You should be
able to find a similar report regardless of where it's located. Peruse the
report for the problem and notice any recommended corrective action to take.
If you can't find the report, use the Windows Help and Support feature found
under Start. Search or error report, or similar search terminology.

Thanks freddy and Peter
for your reply
Well I did what you tell me and follow the instrutions on the report error
"follow these steps to solve problem with a video device drive"
I suppose that this is my problem?
There's also problems related with Nero 7
and ffdshow codec that I don't even know what it is?!
I follow the steps and everything is OK. I try to update the video card
driver and it tells me that the driver is up to date.
Anything else I can do??
Regards Silvex

silvex,

If I'm understanding your message, everything is OK. Is that right? If it
is, then don't be concerned about the video card driver. You fixed it, from
what I can tell. Post back if you have a problem with my conclusion.
