System Configuration

I am trying to execute a program (Cool Edit 2000) using
XP Pro and I get the following message "The system has
not been configured correctly to run Cool Edit. Please
run setup and try again." I need some help with this.
Thand you in advance....
 
Well... uh. Uninstall Cool Edit, and install it again. If it still does not
work, uninstall Cool Edit, and then disable your anti-virus, and install
Cool Edit. After that Enable your anti-virus again.
