System Configuration Utility Problems

My computer is screwed up! Somebody help me please! These are the errors i'm
receiveing using Windows XP Professional. 1.) "CPQINKAG" failed to read
required configuration setting 2.) CPQNPCSS.exe-DLL initialization failed
3.) invalid or missing C:\BOOT.INI 4.) "PrinTray.dll" not found. It does
not let me shut down my system properly. Whoever can give me advice I would
appreciate it. Thank You.
