System Configuration startup

Please Help!!

Could anyone tell me why I have a strat up item
called "Dumprep 0-k" in my configuration start up???
The command is "%systemroot%/system32/dumprep 0-k"

I haven't got a clue what this is doing here or why??

Plus I have an startup item that is checked without any
command information, it only has the location information
of "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Run"

Ideas on both please

Thanks in advance

Roy

Dumprep is a program that is run after you get a Blue Screen Of Death (renamed Stop Error). View the event viewer and see why you're crashing.

A program you uninstalled removed its value but not it's value's name. Or depending on exact symptoms it's a bodgy entry possibly made by XP in detecting a Win 3.1/9x setup program writing to win.ini. It's unimportant and doesn't matter. It will slow your boot down by a thousands or a millionths of a second.
