"System CMOS/Real Time Clock" not listed under IRQ in device manag

I know its typically on number 8 but its not there or any other irq.

8 says "high precision event timer". That's not the same thin is it?

Okay, so its not the same think as System CMOS/Real Time Clock...how do I
get that to show up under the resources by type/irq? Shouldn't it be there?
