Harware and IRQ conflicts how to change IRQs in XP

I recently starting having problems with my windows xp professional setup. It seems it is changing many memmory addresses and IRQs to what it wishes. Now I have conflicts and my computer will reboot when it hits a bug check, mostly with the memory and IRQ conflicts

Does anyone have suggestions as I can not seem to get them to change via hardware, windows reassigns them when it boots up, or I do not have a choice in windows as it has the boxes grayed out for changing assignments in device manager

Here are my conflicts causing the problem

Since everything says OK what is the problem? I see no conflict everything
appears normal.

I agree, Windows XP apparently can "work" with many devices using the same
IRQ. Make sure you have plug and play O/S set to NO
in your BIOS if your having problems.
