How do I deny a user from changing or resetting the system
clock? Thanks.
 
Hi George,

Use Local or Group Policy. Open gpedit.msc. Expand Computer Settings ->
Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights
Assignment -> select an option on the right "Change System Time" and set who
has permissions to change it.
