Windows XP System Battery Voltage

I've always had this for a while since around the summer of '09. I had replaced my internal battery for my computer, yet the computer still sends me a message that the System Batter Voltage is low. I'm not sure what I need to fix it. I already put in the information that it required me to put in. Anyone know what it might be?
