System Automatically turns on

After a successful normal shut down. Around 5 to 15 minutes later my system
turns itself back on. I am not even at my desk. While the system is on,
someone told me to hold the start (Not reset) button for 5 seconds to power
down. They said this would reverse the power supply switch from on to off or
stand by. Something like that. Anyway, I tried it and it did not work. It
was off when I left the house and when I can home 4 hours later it was back
on. All but the monitor.

What is happening? Does anyone know or have experienced anything the same?

Something wrong with your Motherboard, not a Windows problem. I would bring
it in to get repaired.
