I keep getting System Alert pop up. It is telling me I need to download
spyware from a web site. I allready have it. How do I get rid of this. I
did a virus scan and nothing comes up.

The program that is sending you this message is malware. Your antivirus
obviously doesn't handle malware which is why a scan finds nothing. Go yo
