System Administrator says distribution list undeliverable

because I have 452 names on it. Says I have toomany recipients, send morein a
second session.

How many names are allowed in a distribution list?
 
That's entirely up to your ISP or E-mail administrator; Outlook has no
limits on the number of members in a distributor list, but most E-mail
servers have limits on the number of recipients a message an have as an
anti-spam measure.
