Upgraded from 98 to XP several years ago. No performance tools loaded...defrag, disk clean, check disk,...nothing. Have tried to load through add MS component but cannot get them to load. Any ideas?

OK I have to ask. If you upgraded "several years ago" (several would be two
years and 9 months) then why are you only asking now?! I've met glaciers and
tectonic plates faster than you!
