System Admin Lock?? Display Control Panel

I have a problem. My sytem won't let me access the
display settings on the control panel. I get a message
that says the system administrator has disabled the
disply control panel. It's my home system and there is
no sys. admin? How do I regain access????

Hi Dan,

Boot up in safe mode (Reatsrt the machine and continously tap F8 to bring
this menu up) u

You can then log on a Local Admin and amend your privelages on your account
