system 32?

i have a trogen in this file it seems that a lot are being attacted in the
system can i delete this whole folder ?? i am not sure how long it has been
there do a restore ? will it dispaer? help !! oh the phone systems DON'T WORK

You should never, never, never, ever delete \Windows\system32. If you do,
make sure you have an installation disc available to rebuild your system.
