system 32-service.exe and wmi service problems

Hi my computer has started shutting down with a message that comes up on the
screen saying "win/system32/service.exe has closed unexpectedly error
1073741819 this computer will shut down in 60 seconds" I have also lost my
network and can not run the wizard as it says"set-up can not be performed"
when I run the help it also says"problem with WMI service \\,\ root\cmv2
