system 32 problem

when i am running winavi,i open it direct which file to convert to dvd and
instruct to go.i then recieve an error report "windows\system32\xvid.ax
"cannot be replaced.
can anyone help,thank you.

Reinstall whatever application you're using to convert the files to DVD
format.

Maybe you can install the xvid codec again to have a try.Or you can
email to (e-mail address removed).
