system 32.. help

I have a few problems, 1. when i shut down my computer, i
get a window that comes up and says end program, rundll32
not responding click end now to end now. why do i get
this message. 2. when xp starts, i get a message that
says unable t find a 32 file, why and can i do something
abouit. any thing that you could tell me to get id of
this problem wpuld be greatly appreciated, thankyou.

Hi,

1. Means a process isn't terminating properly. Hit ctrl+shift+escape and
manually end processes before shutting down to try and figure out which one
it is. Once you know which one it is, we may be able to come up with a
solution. Also, see if the troubleshooters from MVP Jim Eshelman help:

2. The exact name of the ...32.exe file is critical to knowing what to tell
you to do about it.
