I was wondering if anyone could help me PLEASE!! When I
go to shut down my pc I

get a box stating, "End Program -O" with a time bar across it..in the box it also
states, "if you choose to end the program immmediatly

you will lose any unsaved data.

Then I get another box popping up saying, "This program is not responding" and I
choose to "end now." I am unsure if this is a virus or a programing issue with Windows
or Microsoft..since I have had this problem I have been getting a system 32 folder
pulled up on startup..can anyone please help me? Thank
