System 32 folder opens on pc startup - why?

xp boots fine but the system 32 folder opens and stays on
desktop every time untile i close it - looked all over on
how to stop this from opening - suggestions?

In my case Run has following entry
(Default) (value Not Set)
Msnmsgr (some value for that ) make sure that whatever entry u have it
doesnot have NULL value.
