System 32 at Startup

System 32 folder opens at startup. I've read another query and answer for
this problem, but I receive ominous warnings about opening a file from
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp.htm. Is there a fix I can do without
opening this file? How did it happen in the first place?

Ignore it.
