system 32 folder opens at startup

system 32 folder opens at startup on my daughters Dell
Inspiron 5100 notebook. This problem just started & was
not present when new. There is no system 32 in startut,
msconfig etc.
You can close it after startup.
Any suggestions?
aThe computer is clean (run adaware & spybot weekly)
