Systask32l.exe has generated errors....

Every time I boot up my computer, when I log in, I get
this error message saying that
"systask32l.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You need to restart the program."
This happens ALL the time now! I don't know what I did to
make this happen, but now whenever I install anything new,
game-wise or not, It would give me an error message
similar to the systask error, but for that program. Is
there any way to replace this executable?
 
File systask32l.exe is propably either virus or some sort of parasite.
